LATE PASSENGERS AND NO-SHOWS

Flight bookings are non-refundable for no-shows and late passengers

In order to ensure affordability, reliability and a good experience, cancellations that are not caused by or due to the passenger will be refundable. These refunds will be made by Ascent in the form of Ascent Credits and will be credited to your account on the platform.

CANCELLATIONS AND REBOOKINGS

Flight bookings may be cancelled for a refund or rebooked

Our Air Carrier partners may require you to cancel bookings up to (48) hours prior to your scheduled departure time in order to obtain a refund or be allowed to rebook your flight at another time. Refunds may be provided in the form of Ascent Credits and will be added to your account on the platform.
